Visco Elastic Foam Mattress Very Comfy

Alright so this is going to be the first time I write a review about a mattress product but I hope it won’t be my last. I have been sleeping on a Sealy Posturpedic Crown Jewel for about 4 years now. I bought this mattress with an expensive pillow top. Fast forward 4 years, I know have a very bad lower back pain which the chiropractor said was due to the mattress no position alleviated the pain from my back. Including the back pain, there is a large indentation where my body has laid on the bad for the past 4 years.

I bought a Sleep Number Bed, because of the reviews and its promise to help back pain. Thankfully they have a 90 day trial period because that mattress sucked.  Didn’t like the mattress at all, when the kids jump on it, it moves around and considering the price you shell out, it was not work it at all. The air mattress I use for camping was better than this pricy piece of junk.

I went to the local mattress store and saw the Supple Pedic6000 bed by strobe. I tried both the model supple pedic 3000 and the supplepedic 4500. The model numbers represent the amount of memory foam in the bed so the 3000 represents 3 inches of foam and the 4500 4.5’’ of visco elastic memory foam mattress topper. This bed had an amazing quality of visco elastic memory foam mattress pad.

The mattress cover is identical to the temperpedic bed. It zips off completely, all the way around the mattress, you can take off the top part of the cover which is made of a very stretchy material, and can be washed in cold water with a delicate cycle. The difference between the supplepedic and the temperpedic is that the supple pedic 6000 has 6" of Visco Elastic Foam Mattress, and the temperpedic has only 3-4" and has a heavier dense memory foam, so you will get a firmer bed in the temperpedic, where the supplepedic is softer, but if you want a firmer supple pedic, you would go to the 4500 which has 4.5"of polyfilax memory foam, or the 3000 which has 3" of the memory foam.

When I got the bed, the foam was shrink wrapped in plastic, I thought it would take a week to retain its shape! It only took 1 hour! We had to put the mattress together by placing the lever system in first, then the two 3" visco elastic memory foam mattress topper on top of that and each other, then zip it up! But again it was worth it. The reason I wanted to go to Visco Elastic Foam Mattress, was I have used memory foam inserts in my horses saddle pad for over 8 years and the same inserts that are 8 years old still hold their shape and keep my horse comfortable under saddle. But it is a personal thing whether you like it or not.

If you are interested make sure you shop around and go lay on these and dont just order off the internet, people will tell you that all Visco Elastic Foam Mattress are a like! No I do not think they are, make sure you do your homework and check out all the info on the internet and if anyone you know has a bed like this, go check it out!
